Terms and Conditions
These terms set out the rules for using Bitcoin Casinos at carolchanning.net: what this site is, what it is not, how our rankings and affiliate relationships work, and what you are responsible for if you follow a link from here to an offshore crypto casino. By browsing the site you accept them. If you disagree with any part, the right move is simply not to use the site.

Who may use this site
This site is intended for adults only. You must be at least 18 years old to use carolchanning.net, and at least 21 where the casino you visit or the state you are in sets 21 as the minimum. The minimum age varies: some offshore crypto casinos accept players at 18, others set 21, and several US states apply 21 to gambling regardless of what an operator's terms say. Check the site's own age rule before you register, and check your state's rule before you play.
Nothing here is aimed at, or should be shown to, anyone under those ages. If you share a device, consider filtering software.
What this site does — and what it does not do
Bitcoin Casinos is an independent comparison and review publisher. We research crypto casino sites that accept US players and rank them on the things that decide the experience: supported coins, payout speed, verification requirements, game range, bonus value against its conditions, licensing and customer support.
We are not a casino. We do not:
- take deposits, hold funds, or operate any wallet
- run, license or control any of the sites we review
- process withdrawals or resolve payout disputes on your behalf
- provide legal, tax or financial advice
Once you leave carolchanning.net and open an account somewhere, your relationship is with that operator alone, governed by its terms, its licence and its complaints process. Read them. The single most common cause of a frozen withdrawal is a term the player never opened.
How we make money, and why it doesn't buy a ranking
We earn commission when a reader follows a link from this site, registers with an operator and plays. Some of the casinos listed here have commercial arrangements with us; that is how the site is funded, and we would rather say it plainly than bury it.
Commission does not decide position. Our editorial ratings — the 10.0 next to BetPanda, the 9.9 shared by CoinPoker Casino, Cryptorino and Punkz, the 9.7s for Hyperlucky, Winna, Thrill and BC Game, the 9.6s for Wild.io and Vave — are set by our own assessment. They are editorial scores, not customer-review averages, and they are not a prediction that you will win money. No operator can pay to be listed higher, and we will list a drawback for a partner as readily as for anyone else.
We research and verify publicly available information. We do not claim to have deposited, played or withdrawn at any of the sites covered here.
Offers, bonuses and the conditions attached
Every headline promotion on this site comes from the operator's own advertising and can change without notice. We reproduce the headline figure only; the operator's own terms are the binding version. Treat the table below as a starting point for comparison, not as the offer itself.
| Casino | Advertised offer | Editorial rating |
|---|---|---|
| BetPanda | 10% weekly cashback | 10.0 |
| CoinPoker Casino | 150% welcome bonus up to $2,000 | 9.9 |
| Cryptorino | 100% match up to 1 BTC + 10% weekly cashback | 9.9 |
| Punkz | 20,000 USDT welcome bonus + 15% cashback | 9.9 |
| Hyperlucky | 20% daily cashback up to $10,000 + 100 free spins | 9.7 |
| Winna | Up to 60% rakeback + 25% instant cashback | 9.7 |
| Thrill | Up to 70% rakeback + 10% cashback | 9.7 |
| BC Game | Four match bonuses up to $4,000 + 400 free spins | 9.7 |
| Wild.io | Up to 350% across first three deposits + 200 free spins | 9.6 |
| Vave | Up to 550 USDT + up to €75 free bet + 5% cashback | 9.6 |
Material conditions apply to all of them, and they are the part that decides whether an offer is worth taking:
- Wagering / playthrough. Match bonuses and free spins almost always carry a playthrough multiple before winnings can be withdrawn. A large headline number with heavy playthrough can be worth less than a small cashback with none.
- Time limits. Bonus funds and spins usually expire. Deposit-match tiers, like Wild.io's three-deposit package or BC Game's four-part structure, often have to be claimed in sequence within a window.
- Minimum deposit and eligibility. Nothing described as a welcome bonus here is free money — you deposit and risk your own crypto to qualify. Maximums such as Hyperlucky's $10,000 daily cashback cap or Punkz's 20,000 USDT ceiling are upper limits, not typical amounts.
- Game weighting and max bet. Slots and originals usually count fully toward playthrough; live dealer blackjack, roulette and baccarat often count partially or not at all. Exceeding a max-bet rule while a bonus is active can void it.
- Rakeback and cashback tiers. Figures like Thrill's up-to-70% rakeback or Winna's up-to-60% are VIP ceilings tied to loyalty level and volume, not a starting rate.
- One account per person. Duplicate accounts, shared devices and bonus abuse are grounds for forfeiting funds under most operator terms.
If a figure on this site conflicts with what the casino shows at registration, the casino's version applies. Tell us at [email protected] and we will correct the page.
Crypto deposits, withdrawals and the risks you carry
Play at the sites we cover happens in cryptocurrency — commonly Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), Litecoin (LTC), Dogecoin, and the stablecoins Tether (USDT) and USD Coin (USDC), with altcoin support varying by operator. Deposits and withdrawals are on-chain transfers from a self-custody wallet or an exchange account. Several practical consequences follow, and they are yours to manage:
- Transactions are irreversible. Send to a wrong or mistyped address, or on the wrong network, and neither we nor the casino can recover it.
- Network and gas fees apply and fluctuate with congestion. They are charged by the blockchain, not by this site.
- Confirmation times vary. "Instant withdrawal" in operator advertising describes the speed of internal approval, not a guaranteed arrival time on-chain. Advertised speeds on this site are the operator's claims, never our measured results.
- Withdrawal limits and review triggers exist at every site, including ones marketed as low-verification. Large cash-outs commonly prompt additional checks.
- Price volatility is a real cost. A balance held in BTC or ETH can fall in dollar terms while you sleep. Stablecoins such as USDT and USDC reduce that exposure but carry their own issuer and network risk.
- Account security is on you. Enable two-factor authentication, keep seed phrases offline, and never share them — no legitimate operator or publisher will ask.
Verification, privacy and what we will not help you do
Some crypto casinos allow play with an email address and a wallet, with little or no identity verification at signup. That is a genuine convenience, and we cover it because readers ask about it. It is not anonymity in the legal sense: blockchain activity is pseudonymous and traceable, and operators may request identity documents later, particularly around large withdrawals, suspected duplicate accounts or sanctions screening.
We will not publish, and you should not ask us for, guidance on giving false registration details, circumventing state geoblocks, or working around KYC, anti-money-laundering or sanctions checks. Using a VPN generally breaches operator terms and can cost you a balance. Low-verification play is also not a route to hiding income or avoiding tax.
Legal standing in the US — read this before you register
There is no federal legalization of online casino gaming in the United States. The crypto casinos covered on this site are offshore operators, licensed in jurisdictions such as Curaçao or Anjouan — or in some cases Malta — and not by any US regulator. For most US players they sit in a legal grey area. We are not going to present them as clearly regulated for you, because they are not.
Regulated online casino gaming exists in only a handful of states, among them New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Michigan, West Virginia, Connecticut, Delaware and Rhode Island, and those licensed operators do not run on cryptocurrency. State law varies considerably, some states are explicitly restrictive, and offshore sites self-restrict different lists of states in their own terms. Availability of any site listed here is not a statement that it is legal where you live.
Your responsibilities: check your own state's gambling laws, check the operator's restricted-territory list, and take professional advice if anything is unclear. US players are generally liable for tax on gambling winnings and separately on crypto gains — that is general information, not tax advice, and you should consult a qualified tax professional about your own position. Nothing on this site is legal advice.
What we cover beyond casino play
Several of the operators listed here run more than a casino. CoinPoker Casino is built around online poker with a casino alongside it. Vave pairs its casino with a sportsbook, which is why its promotion includes a free bet rather than only casino credit. BC Game and Winna combine slots and live dealer tables with sports markets and in-house originals such as crash, dice and Plinko. Those adjacent products usually run on separate bonus terms, separate wagering contributions and sometimes separate wallets — a casino bonus rarely transfers to sports betting, and rakeback structures differ between poker and slots. Our reviews focus on the casino side unless a page says otherwise.
Accuracy, and the limits of it
We check what we publish against operator terms and other public sources, and we date our findings. Even so, crypto casinos change bonuses, coin support, licensing details and restricted-state lists frequently, sometimes without announcement. Content on carolchanning.net is provided for information on an "as is" basis, with no warranty that it is complete, current or error-free at the moment you read it.
To the extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for losses arising from gambling at any site listed here, from crypto price movements, from failed or misdirected transactions, or from decisions you make based on this site's content. Site content, structure and editorial text are ours and may not be reproduced without permission. Third-party names and logos belong to their owners.
Responsible gambling
Gambling costs money. The house holds a mathematical edge on every game covered on this site, most sessions end in a loss, and no bonus, rakeback tier, strategy or provably fair system changes that. Crypto adds a second layer: the value of what you win can fall before you convert it. Never stake money you need, and never play to recover a loss or to take your mind off a difficult stretch.
If gambling is causing problems for you or someone close to you, the National Problem Gambling Helpline is available 24/7 on 1-800-GAMBLER. Offshore crypto casinos may not provide the deposit limits, cooling-off periods, self-exclusion tools or dispute channels that state-regulated operators are required to offer, so the protections you are used to may simply not be there. Our responsible gambling guidance explains the tools that are typically available and how to use them.
Changes, disputes and contacting us
We may update these terms as the site or the market changes; the revised version applies from the date it is published, and the review date at the top of this page tells you when it was last checked. Complaints about an operator should go to that operator first, then to its licensing body — we have no authority over their decisions, though we do want to hear about payout problems, because that feedback shapes our ratings.
For questions about these terms, corrections to a listed offer, or anything else, write to [email protected] or use our contact page. You can read more about our editorial approach and who writes here on the about page.
